Portable flight-evidence platform for general aviation
Most GA aircraft fly with no recorder aboard.Between inspections, they go dark.
What happened in flight lives in pilot memory, panel logs, and paper records, so flight schools and repair shops cannot replay an event or compare it with that aircraft’s own history.
Canary is CyberWing’s portable, no-modification flight-evidence platform. It rides along in the aircraft and fuses position, motion, cabin carbon monoxide, and vibration into one integrity-checked record per tail, processed on board at the edge.
No portable GA product records vibration, and no GA product records it continuously in flight.
!
Clear boundary. Canary complements installed avionics and human judgment; it does not diagnose failures or determine airworthiness.
We serve
Flight schools and maintenance organizations, with recurring per-aircraft monitoring: paid analysis and per-flight evidence services first, deepening each tail’s baseline with every flight.
The discipline
Every claim is tested against an independent reference.
We hold ourselves to one discipline: channels that fail cross-validation are rejected, not shipped. In paired flights against certified G1000 avionics on two Cessna 172S airframes, Canary’s navigation record matched the panel at correlations of 0.989 to 1.0000, and the same campaign surfaced real installation issues before any customer ever will. In flight, Canary has delivered a live feed to the pilot’s ForeFlight EFB, whose own track log matched the certified panel log at correlation 0.9999.

The founder
The engineer behind every layer.
CyberWing was founded and built by Javier Rodriguez, the engineer behind every layer of the Canary platform. His career runs through the Air Force Research Laboratory, NASA JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Virgin Orbit; today he works in data science for U.S. government aerospace programs at Tecolote Research. He holds a Berkeley Master of Information and Data Science.
The founding insight came from living inside launch telemetry after a failure: the record of what happened in flight should exist before you need it.

Services
Start from the history you already have.
Paid analysis and per-flight evidence services first, deepening each tail’s baseline with every flight.
Canary Baseline
Retrospective baselines from your existing panel logs.
A private, per-tail baseline built from the panel exports you’re authorized to share: what repeated, what changed, and what may be worth discussing with your mechanic. No hardware, no installation.
